Preheat oven to 425°F
Place desired number of rolls on ungreased baking sheet
Bake 8 to 12 minutes, or until light golden brown.

For Softer Crust: Brush with melted butter or margarine before baking
For Crispy Crust: Brush with water before baking
For Convection Oven: Reduce baking time by 2 minutes

May be reheated in a 325°F oven 3-4 minutes or in a microwave 15-20 seconds.
Unbleached enriched white flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate or reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, yeast, salt, ascorbic acid, fermented wheat flour.
